We collect information you provide directly: • Account information: name, email address, and password when you register. • Swing data: launch monitor metrics you upload, including club speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, smash factor, and carry distance. • Profile data: player preferences, skill level, and equipment goals you set during onboarding. • Payment information: processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. • Communications: messages you send to our support team. We also collect information automatically when you use the Service: • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and interaction logs. • Analytics: session frequency, features used, and performance diagnostics (anonymised).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the shaft fitting recommendation engine. • Personalise recommendations as your swing profile evolves over time. • Process subscription payments and send billing communications. • Respond to support enquiries and resolve technical issues. • Analyse aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to improve the Service. • Send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time).

We do not sell your personal data. We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Account Settings screen. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
